One week they take my newspaper voucher (it all works perfectly on their system), the following week I?m told they?ve never even had such a system - the guy tries to charge me cover price without even asking and even had the audacity to suggest I swipe my phone over the card reader. (Some enquiries reveal that shops make less profit on a newspaper sale to a subscriber). Borderline fraudulent behaviour and I?ll really hate this sort of thing - beware
