Had an excellent experience when booking to have my ear cleared of wax by micro-suction. Krishna did a great job, it was quick, well explained and, most importantly, I can hear perfectly again.

I saw that Bids was having a consultation for ear wax removal.Krishna was very helpful and explained in detail what needed to be done. After the consultation I was called back to have the ear wax removed. I would highly recommend l!

I had a disappointing experience at bids chemists pharmacy. It seemed like they were understaffed, as there was only one person handling prescription medicine. This led to a long wait time and a lack of assistance when I needed to get my prescription quickly. It would be beneficial for them to have more staff members to ensure efficient and timely service for their patients. wait for an hour ? which was already inconvenient considering my work schedule. When I explained my situation and the urgency to get to work, they offered no alternative solutions and suggested I come back after my work hours, which end very late in the evening i.e.22:30 I found their response to be quite rude and unprofessional. In the end, I had to seek the prescription from another pharmacy. I was disappointed by the lack of customer service and understanding displayed by the staff .

Shocking service.Booked a privately paid for ear suction appointment for 5.40pm on Friday 11th August on their Patient Access booking system, only to be told ahead of arrival (5.25pm) that the last appointment is at 4pm.Not acceptable.

Shame I'm not local enough to use the pharmacy side of this place as from my experience the counter staff and pharmacists are really friendly. Wouldn't recommend as somewhere to go for your seasonal covid jab though, as twice I've booked an appointment, travelled from Crystal Palace and am yet to actually receive a vaccine. First time - early morning appt, no one available due to a train strike and no idea when they'll arrive. Did I want to hang around and wait? In Norbury - no thanks! I'll rebook. Second time - early afternoon appt (leaving plenty of time incase there's another random train strike) and the lady says she can't fit me in before she has to leave. I was sitting outside the consultancy room for 15mins while she chatted away to the gent infront of me, so that was a bit frustrating. What is the point of booking appointments?! Suggest you go to a bigger, perhaps even walk-in, pharmacy to guarantee anything. Not sure I'm going to return to Bids and hope for third time lucky.

Worst chemist, been trying to ring them since Tuesday, everyday at least 20-30x but nobody picks up. Pathetic pharmacy.

I went for a travel jab.Everything was explained to me in detail and I had even options to choose from. I didn't even feel the jab. Pushpal is very proffesional and helpful. Recommended

Went to get some travel jabs, Pushpal was super helpful and friendly. She gave me tonnes of advice and even some great recommendations of things to do when I go to Vietnam!
