Appalled and disgusted by the deplorable behavior exhibited by Barclays Bank. My cousin and I were subjected to outright verbal abuse by their staff, who then proceeded to actively sabotage our transaction with a customer. Despite our lawful intentions to sell a car, Barclays Bank deliberately hindered the process for hours, causing undue stress and financial loss. To add insult to injury, they callously blocked the customer's account, jeopardizing our deal without any valid reason. Such blatant disregard for customer welfare and business ethics is utterly reprehensible. Beware of this toxic establishment and their disgraceful conduct.Staff member name that I recall is (Sarah) , and I think the manager (Rebecca) also needs to be fired !.

They have closed down nearly all branches I have got phone banking can't get on help on line tell me have to go into a OPEN BRANCH have been waiting to see someone I have been waiting an hour and 20mins still not seen no one people been waiting 45mins and more before me also still waiting to see someone and they close at 3pm what is going on

3 out of the 4 branches in my area have closed. Getting a simple admin done in the remaining branch took me 3 trips and queuing 90mns to be seen.Absolute nightmareI am switching to a bank that won?t close their branches

Staffs are very helpful and supportive. Many occasions I saw them prioritise vulnerable clients and always on hand to help with the self serve machine. Queue built up when self serve machine breaks down otherwise reasonable waiting time. Quite happy as I have been with other branches before where staffs were very unfriendly when my mother in law needed help -due to her lack of English language she was shouted at and treated like a dump but not Streatham branch. I am impressed even me got the help when I were new to the self serve and nervous making mistake but the staffs are so keen to help with their guidance, polite and patient.

Useless customer service, they told me to wait in a q to speak to a specialist and then all the specialists went on lunch at the same time.I waited a whole hour because my problem required ID and they were going to charge me if I didn?t get it sorted that day.

I have to be honest i come to this bank once a month and the women at the business counters are so moody and unwilling to help. As if they are forced, no smile and serious miserable faces. Like slaves. Are they even happy working there? Worst bank and will be changing to Starling this week

Couldn?t obtain an appointment with customer services over the telephone so walked into the branch to be seen, I was asked to return the next day as they would squeeze me in, saw a lovely gentlemen by the name of James he dealt with me so efficiently, very pleased.I have to say that all the staff at this branch from the ladies at the front desk and floor walkers are really friendly and polite, my issue is the branch opening hours, the branch is extremely busy yet hours have been reduced and other localBarclay branches have closed so don?t see how this makes sense. Very annoying.
