2 hour wait for a grocery order to find just under half of the items were refunded. Wouldn't mind if they were specific/rare items but I highly doubt waitrose had ran out of onions, tomatos limes, parsley etc. If you can't be bothered to fill an order that's fine but just cancel it. Will now have to go the store anyway (not waitrose) which this whole process was used to avoid. Thanks for half of my shopping ??

Another Waitrose hiring new useless and unpolite staff in the last month. The same happened in the gas station Waitrose in Battersea. Terrible and ignorant customer service.
Update 21/03/25 same issues trying to buy cigarettes, don't want understand you, just look at you arrogantly.

I enjoy going to this store some items are just not worth the price as the quality is not excellent. I used the Waitrose shop app once what a nightmare that was so I just don't bother anymore, I have had a Waitrose reward card for over ten years and never seen any value in it. Compared to Marks , Sainsbury's or the other supermarket chains

Great store but predatory and misleading car park intended to extract the maximum amount of money. 1 hour is not enough to shop. Nor is there an option to pay for more than an hour of parking. Waitrose are doing their customers an injustice.

Delivery area (just eat / uber eats/ deliveroo has a different area to the customer area. Not very friendly staff. Staff doesn?t seem to want to give a delivery person a rough estimate time to get a delivery time. This is a gamble to collect a delivery to deliver from

Free parking for customers gas been reduced from 2 hours to just one. Beware enforcement is rigorous. Poor way to treat customers.

This is a very handy Waitrose but heavens they couldn't make it smaller even if they tried! Ideal for local office workers travellers and visitors. The sandwitch section and the checkout area account for more than a third of this, as expected, rather expensive mini supermarket. Unless you work or just visiting the area area avoid between 12-2pm and 4:30-6:30 pm. Open until 11pm every day except Sundays.
