2 hour wait for a grocery order to find just under half of the items were refunded. Wouldn't mind if they were specific/rare items but I highly doubt waitrose had ran out of onions, tomatos limes, parsley etc. If you can't be bothered to fill an order that's fine but just cancel it. Will now have to go the store anyway... read full comment

Another Waitrose hiring new useless and unpolite staff in the last month. The same happened in the gas station Waitrose in Battersea. Terrible and ignorant customer service. Update 21/03/25 same issues trying to buy cigarettes, don't want understand you, just look at you arrogantly.
