I'm sorry but I'm just going to make it public as I was going to give it a shot but it happened again.The pub is great, but this guy with the Pink hair, who I believe he is part of the managers team and this is the 3rd time that he has issues, I don't know what his problem is but every time I go to this pub, he is there and is always in very bad moods. Yesterday the same again, his colleages were laughing, working, doing their job but this guy just have such a bad attitude towards his team and the customers as well because he doesnt give a good customer service like he has -5 on that. He treats his staff very rude, you can just see the vibe that he brings into work is just not nice at all. His team behind the bar asking him questions and he ignoring them, not even looking at them, no answer, nothing should be very annoying for them to have a manager like that. How can someone be a manager if he doesn't know how to manage himself? Shouldn't be a manager at all, doesn't know how to treat people, dont know about respect, I understand we all have bad days but this is the 3rd time in less than a month with him. Definitely not coming back anymore.

Been here on Saturday evening. Their own website says to come round if you have no booking as they always have few tables left for walk ins - not the case, every single table had reservation on it. We found one table outside at the very end that was supposedly not booked. The pub seems to be very popular with very young crowd (around 20 years old) who book really large areas - there were tables reserved for few groups of size from 25 to 40 people. Obviously you can't sit 40 people together at the same table so they were mostly standing around tables and been very loud - that's not exactly nice to the few other very small parties who could not hear each other anymore or eat in relative peace. We were ordering food through the app as it was really not feasible to walk back with drinks through that sanding and lively crowd that should be mostly sitting and not occupying little space between tables. Drinks were not coming at the same time as the food - my friends pints arrived when they almost finished their food. Also at some point waitress arrived to tell us that the whole area needs to get cleared because there is another large party coming now - no 10 min warning, now. Since my friends had still drinks that arrived late we were left with no option than to just abandon drinks and go home as there was nowhere to even stand. Food was ok, but overpriced. The outside area looked a bit battered and untidy.

The pricing is completely unacceptable, this is the worst value pub I've ever been to. It was ridiculously expensive.£20 for a small burger and chips, minimum £7 for low quality pints.
