So many of staffs are free, they talking to each other but no one clean the table. Table so dirty. Or here need to clean ourselves? Spend £5 over per coffee but not a good service . Staff not wear hat , not hygiene. Overall staff need to well training of food hygiene

There?s a couple staff here (3 girls: 1 tall with braids, a lady in a headscarf and another with nose piercing) so friendly and fast paced with my collection orders.
There?s and Asian guy that?s useless and very slow, and has made my coffee wrong about three times despite that fact it?s written on the label. I?ve also ordered ahead, arrived and he?s on his phone and my coffee wasn?t ready. I always have a peppermint mocha but I?m livid that in rushing to make it this time he misread the peppermint and added hazelnut syrup instead by accident (I have a nut allergy) and didn?t seem to care when I explained the severity. I had to leave work after drinking it, to return to have it remade properly then had to rush around for medicine.

Discriminated against by the waiter! I ordered a caramel macchiato in the morning, and the Korean waiter who ordered it didn't ask me if I wanted it hot or iced, and didn't ask me my name, so he just gave me a hot caramel macchiato. So I told him I wanted an iced caramel macchiato, and with a scornful look on his face, he said that there was no way it was already made, so I would have to have an iced coffee next time. I was going to accept the hot coffee but he had a bad attitude so I asked him why didn't you ask if I wanted it hot or iced when you ordered it. At this point the shop manager came over and promised to remake it for me, and as this Korean waiter was remaking my coffee, he and his colleague laughed at me and said why would anyone want an iced caramel macchiato. I thought I was being discriminated against and that I needed to see a therapist.

There is a bathroom that anyone can use. But the bathroom door has a handwritten sign saying it?s for customers only?.. lol The toilet is very dirty, but in fact it?s convenient since there?s not too many toilets that people can use for free outside.
The staff are kind, quick and polite.
