I never leave a review anywhere but i absolutely loved this starbucks. The team was so amazing and kind. There was this young girl called zoey and she was an absolute sweetheart and was so patient with me and was so happy to serve the cutsomers!! She brightned up my day!!!

Avoid this Starbucks! It does not deliver on the 'starbucks' service or taste! As a gold member I visit starbucks regularly! Firstly it was pretty empty and yet I still waited 15 minutes for a frappe! The excuse was theres only one blender and when I pointed out that the other 2 orders before mine where hot drinks, i received a shrug of shoulders. After waiting 15 minutes, my frappe tasted like water! The young man offered to make it again, whilst the young girl who originally made it just stared at me! Only positive was that it was clean but unfortunately I only saw the other reviews when going to write this one, if.you see this before visiting AVOID!!

Roughly 5/6 months ago, my husband I changed from our usual Sainsbury?s to Nine Elms because we could have a Starbucks date after we do a food shop.
In the beginning I really enjoyed it, the only fault at that time was no one was clearing tables or emptying the bin enough.
After not being able to go for a while, we started going again roughly a month ago and I have noticed the staff?s attitude. They clearly do not enjoy any part of their jobs and it reflects on their service, and the ones that are just talk and gossip, usually leaving one employee begrudgingly doing everything else.
From my experience, if staff aren?t happy, there?s something wrong with the company?s system. Clearly HQ needs to step in and help incentivise staff a lot better than what they?re doing now because it?s obvious from these reviews that it?s reflecting on the service and cleanliness of the location.

If there was a competition for the worst Starbucks in London ? this Starbucks would have won it immediately! Asian lady who works here is absolutely unprofessional, impolite and unfriendly, I wanted to walk away right after ordering my drink and seeing her attitude towards the costumers. Cherry on top ? they can?t properly prepare a good coffee, it tastes so bad here! Their manager ? rude Black woman is yelling at her team in front of all the visitors. Awful experience ? I will avoid this toxic place from now on.

This was an unbelievably bad experience ? honestly, I left the store feeling shaken and kind of scared.
I walked in just wanting an iced Americano. That?s it. Instead, I was greeted by an Asian female staff member with one of the worst attitudes I?ve ever seen. When I said my order, she gave me this incredibly annoyed look, stared at me like I was stupid, and snapped, ?What do you want?? like I was bothering her just by speaking. I repeated my order, and she mumbled something I couldn?t quite catch. When I politely asked her to repeat it, she replied with this nasty, sarcastic tone that honestly made me feel like I had committed some kind of crime just by asking for coffee.
I didn?t ask for anything weird. I just wanted a basic drink. Normally, I?d check her name tag so I could make a proper complaint ? but I was genuinely afraid to even look at her again. I kid you not, I felt like if I stared too long, she might actually hit me. That?s how hostile her energy was.
I have no idea why she treated me that way ? like I had personally offended her just by existing.
And if she didn?t want to serve me, she could?ve just said so ? I wouldn?t have cared.
What really upset me was the way she chose to treat me: with sarcasm, hostility, and honestly, a vibe that felt borderline discriminatory.
I walked out feeling humiliated and low-key terrified. I?m never coming back. I don?t need to be looked up and down, talked down to, and made to feel like trash when all I wanted was a damn iced coffee.
Hard pass. Never again.

I just went there for a quick snack.3 people in queue, after 7 minutes 2 were almost served. that guy was soo slow and soo bored...So I left ....

The team in here are excellent and serve me with a smile and efficiency every morning when I get my coffee. Keep doing what you are doing!!

Right dump. Staff and how they behave, what u hear how they portray themselves as if made to feel they are doing YOU a favour. Kids shouting teens vaping and alcohols lying about inside!
