Even though I love Nandos very much, I couldn't believe it when I was served ice cold mac & cheese in this branch. I request you to be more careful in such matters.

Definitely one of the better Nando?s in London. Not normally too busy and have never had an issue getting a table with no wait.

Nicely looking and quite spacious with plenty of seating space inside branch of Namdos. Unluckily we had pleasure to be served by girl who was probably not trained enough or/ and was left alone on the till without senior colleague plus she had poor English which makes order more difficult. Apart of this food was splendid as in most of Nandos'es. Very good place to eat decent meal not for million of gold ???

Ordered chicken wings with mashed potatoes and broccoli?easily one of the most flavorless meals I?ve ever had. ?? On the bright side, the staff was friendly and attentive.

We placed our order at the counter, handled by their staff. Two girls came 20 minutes later and they ordered their food at the desk too, almost the same food. After 50 minutes our meals were not served and the girls finished their food and left. Right at that moment, I couldn't hold back my anger and confusion. The manager said the system was "blocked" due to the counter order. I was extremely furious about the excuse because most who came later and ordered at the counter all had left. Besides, during the wait, I kindly asked the same staff to check the problem "twice." Twice!!! The excuse was unacceptable and the service was left much to be desired. This was a really bad dining experience.

Great food. Nice atmosphere.
I tried the Fino Pitta chicken thigh with hot peri-peri sauce, spicy rice and Portuguese salad. Topped off with a few Sagres Lager beers. Highly recommended

Food was all burnt. Had to wait over an hour for food. Order system doesn?t work as we ordered our food as soon as we got there, then the order came through nearly an hour later n they told us they can?t give us what we want because they ran out of food. Will never come here again

If I could leave 0 stars, I would. What an absolute shambles.
Starters, all they had to get right was 5 slices of halloumi. But they couldn't even get that right. It was freezing. So we sent it back. Then it came back a few minutes later hot, but as if it had been thrown against the wall a few times first. Bare in mind, it was 40min-an hour before we even got that.
Then waiting about another 20-25 minutes for 3 meals. But only one came. the edge of the chicken breast was cold but thankfully Luke warm in the middle. I didn't want to wait another 25 minutes for another disappointing 'replacement'.
Whilst I'm halfway through, I nearly choked on these scraps which I believe are shavings of bone but the guy tells me it's chicken ? ok. (Pictured) The only reason the guy was at our table in the first place is because he was delivering the burger... Again... Which I was halfway through eating. Turns out, it was meant for another table that had all eaten their food bar from one poor soul who was still awaiting his burger even though all his pals had ate their meals.
Amongst all of this, multiple people complaining of cold food, groups of friends getting orders 20-25 minutes apart by which time the rest of the group had finished their meal, and some even requesting refunds.
Whilst people are sat in the restaurant eating their food... 3 large, very full, dustbins are wheeled through the centre of the tables. Which I find disgustingly unhygienic, and even more so when they're due to close soon, surely they could wait?!
And to top it ALLLLLL off. When the other 2 members of my table FINALLY get their food (after I've already finished) they're offered a complimentary drink. A party of 3, and 2 people are offered a complimentary drink for the mess ups for the last hour and half?! Not that I'm that bothered about a free drink, but that just takes the biscuit.
Gladly, will NEVER visit here again. And I would advise you not to also. Dare make a complaint and the wait staff roll their eyes as they walk off. Top notch service guys, ?

Orderd food the starter halloumi sticks came an hr later stone cold and still waiting for are food an 1½ later. Everyone else's food is cold. Not nice staff and very ignorant. . Very disappointed

Rude manager, simple request for 2 legs. Can't do it.! He didn't even visit the table.
I bought 2- 1/4 as simple as that.
Never going back again.
Cant belive this brand is surviving on the name!

They never answer their phones. I made an order and needed to add sauces and amend and they do not answer at all so ridiculous. When you go it?s not even that busy!
