Waitrose freesia posy bought from Waitrose at Vauxhall Cross
This bunch of flowers I bought were of average or just below average quality due to the fact that it had very few flowers for the price it was being sold for and it did not have much scent at all. On the positive side, it lasted for about a week. I could make this comparison only by seeing bouquets of flowers of the same kind at other shops such as off-licences after I bought this.
I went for flower shopping at Waitrose out of my prior impression that despite the higher price they tend to have excellent quality on offer but now I am disappointed. Perhaps it's time for Waitrose to change their supplier or at least look at whether the quality and the price of items on offer are aligned.

I do NOT recommend this branch to any person of colour. The moment I put a feet on this shop staff members were looking at me as if I was going to steal, the athmosphere was definitely not welcoming. When I was leaving despite feeling uncomfortable I said ?thank you, bye? to the gent on the tills and he did not bother to say thank you back at me. YOU WOULD NEVER AGAIN GET A PENNY FROM ME IN THIS STORE, the worst £10+ ever spent.

DO NOT SHOP IN WAITROSE! This Waitrose is deceiving customers! They treat you without any respect! I wanted to buy the Waitrose Prosecco as the price with the Waitrose card was decent and wanted to try that Prosecco as it was dry. When I?ve scanned my Waitrose Membership card the price wasn?t reduced by 20 % as advertised! When Manager of the Waitrose came to talk to me he said it was a ?MISTAKE? (read false advertising/deceiving customers). DO NOT BUY ANYTHING IN THAT OR ANY WAITROSE!

I volunteer with a veterans non-profit helping to prevent veteran suicide by organising hikes and events and on our last hike starting in Nine Elms Waitrose was happy to donate bottled water for the veterans who took part in the hike.
But.
Very poor customer service who can not be bothered to reply to my two emails and even though I visited the store and left my contact details with a supervisor the manager can not be bothered to contact me.
