Incredibly rude. I have a retuning parcel they didn't take it . Guy said we have no space for this . Avoid this place waste of time!!! INCREDIBLY RUDE stuff !!!!!

Always fully stocked a good range of everything, the staff are nice welcoming so I don?t know where the reviews are coming from. Get what you need (cos they will have it) and cut simple.

Arvindh is good but other shop keepers don?t know how to treat with customers.I always used to go there Because its near from my workplace But they Never treat me like a customer.

The staff member in the picture attached is incredibly rude. He refused to accept an InPost parcel stating that it was too big despite it being well within the allowed dimensions. He stated that they didn?t have room for it within the shop despite there being several other, larger parcels scattered and piled up all around the shop floor. He snatched the parcel from my hands, ripped the returns label off and threw it out of the shop onto the street, ripping the box and damaging the contents. He shouted at me in front of other customers, swore at me and was threatening and aggressive toward my partner. His behaviour was completely unnecessary and shocking. Avoid this shop!

Staff: Rude, unhelpful, ignorant and incompetent.
Shop: a total mess, parcels everywhere - you have to find your own package in a sea of parcels and other stuff.
You are better off delivering your own mail than taking it here

DO NOT SEND YOUR PARCEL HERE. I repeat - DO NOT SEND YOUR PARCEL HERE! People are asked to go to the back of the shop and go through bags of parcels with other people names to find thiers. You can steal anything at anytime as they don't supervise you at it. I will be reporting them for mishandling of parcels.

Avoid if you're trying to drop off, they will claim anything that they don't like to be a large parcel. I lugged it there on a bus so how big is that? The staff did not care and only wanted to stand around. Completely ignored me - we don't take it was the only sentence that came out of his mouth. Pointless.

Twice tried to drop off a Fed ex item, always an excuse why today is not the right day (even though the website says it is). Ended up dropping it off down the road (on the same day on one occasion), to much friendlier staff.

Very rude men working there. Not even a ?good morning? or ?bye? just rude grunts, staring and treating customers very unwelcoming. If you ask a question they will just gesture and grunt. If you are a woman they will stare uncomfortably though. Definitely avoid this shop, go to Tesco for Evri and InPost is next to 9Elms station. Don?t leave your money with them.

Opening times are misleading if it comes to the post office and the no service delivery policy isn?t clearly described for bigger items. Be prepared to walk home with your parcel again.
