The male assistant (with dark curly hair) is always very rude towards me and other customers. He ignores you whenever you ask him a question and if he answers, he always does so reluctantly. I went into WHsmith on the 15/05/2025 the lady and the man working there were really helpful and assisted me help and kindness, the store is small but always well stocked and they have the best selection of magazines! Everywhere else sell generic ones Thank you for the great experience in store
