We had a 25th wedding anniversary here and the staff could not have been more accommodating or helpful. The venue was perfect, we had a funk band that came to play; we ordered pizzas and charcuterie boards which kept coming out through the evening and sole use of the bar outside in the heated covered area. It was an excellent evening and a great venue!

Haven't tried the food yet, but the service is good. The drinks are great even if they're not cheap, but equally, they're not extortionate. Love the open mic they held

An absolutely excellent time at the Glasshouse nm, the bar staff provide exceptional service and are so friendly and polite. The food is consistently fantastic, and I will be bringing plenty of family and friends back here for a lovely time! Thank you glasshouse legends!!! ????

Delicious food and great service. I had the salmon which was a little well done on the bottom but overall very tasty and the salad was lovely. Bf had the fish and chips 'generljs portion size' was his comment. Overall great ambience and would recommend for a cosy night out

We booked the glasshouse for our post-christening celebration, the function room was beautiful and had a lovely atmosphere. We also ordered the buffet menu and a few bottles of wine, all excellent quality. We had great feedback from all our guests and everyone had a lovely time. People also loved the garden area. A special thanks to Joe who helped us organise the special day, he was super helpful and offered a lot of suggestions and flexibility. Would highly recommend the glasshouse for parties/special events!

The Glasshouse is my go-to pub in New Malden. The pizzas are great, burgers are good, and the outside dining area is perfect for groups when the weather is nice. Comfy, cozy, and they have a boardgame selection for the kids. Good times!

I didn?t want to make a fuss after a family meal that was paid for by my step father back in June made me rather unwell so to find out from a friend they had a zero food hygiene score from the council shortly before/after is no surprise. The meal was okay but the service and cleanliness was an issue. I should have known from the state of the toilets that it was not looked after. I am surprised they have not made a public apology for the shocking state it was in and I will not be coming back anytime soon.

I usually leave insane reviews that make no sense but I can't on this place.Great food, staff were nice and there's a banging garden.I will still continue to call it The Arse House though. Possibly Das Arsen Haus.
