Absolutely ridiculous that on a Saturday more tills were closed than open!!! How outrageous! Last time I visit this store and I have come here for more than 10 years. Management need to start appreciating their customers more. Practically no staff to help when you need it!!!!!!

Large Tesco Extra in New Malden. The store has a large car park and petrol station, is nicely located next to the A3 and one of my favourite stops into South west London.

I think Tesco should really provide better training for your staff on customer service. Too many employees here are rude and lack even the most basic manners ，not even a simple “please.” The overall attitude towards customers is unacceptable, and it leaves a very poor impression.
