Extremely Poor Experience with Specsavers New Malden
I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at Specsavers New Malden. I have been waiting for my second pair of glasses for over three weeks. During this time, I have visited the store four times, and on each occasion I was reassured that I would be contacted to update me.
Unfortunately, not once did anyone call me back as promised. This has caused me a great deal of frustration and annoyance. After being a loyal customer for many years, I expected a minimum standard of communication and customer care, but I have received neither support nor help.
This has been a truly terrible experience, still waiting for my second pair of glassess and I will not be returning to Specsavers again.

The customer service varies depending on the staff. The order was wrong but no apology received. I need to wait for 1 month for my new pair after all. I wouldn't recommend it.

Have been trying to get in touch for over a week and they do not answer their phones at all. I have left voicemails with my number and they still do not call back. This is a massive inconvenience and I will not be using this store again.

My wife and I visited this branch to find suitable glasses for ourselves around three weeks ago. The optician was very professional and took the time to explain everything to us in detail. The lady Aisha was also very nice and helpful?she clearly explained the different types of lenses along with their pros and cons. We were very satisfied with the overall shopping experience, and now that we?ve collected our glasses, we?re just as happy with the final products.

I had a great experience during my visit to Specsavers New Malden. Karina the director, was welcoming! Rabea, the optician, was extremely professional and took the time to answer all of my questions clearly and accurately. I also brought along a vision form requested by my Aeromedical Examiner as part of my Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) medical assessment. Rabea completed it promptly and without any fuss?no flaps, no turbulence! It?s clear this is an aviator-friendly practice, familiar with the requirements of pilot medicals. The clinic itself is very well-run, with a calm and welcoming atmosphere. I was especially impressed by the high-tech equipment they use, which added to the confidence I felt in the quality of care. Overall, it was a smooth and pleasant visit ? excellent customer service and a top-notch experience from start to finish. Highly recommended!
