Staff are not only rude (especially to Women) but incompetent. If you have to return an Amazon item via this store they offer the service through the company EVRI. EVRI are a great company to send things with and when you do have to make a return it clearly states ?You do not need to package your return. Take your QR code to a Packageless Evri Parcel Shop and hold it towards the camera on the Print In-Store device. The Print In-Store device will help you create a label. Hand over the label and your product to a member of the store and they will do the rest for you.?The staff refuse to take a packageless item and will not do what they are meant to do. If you must use this shop, then you will need to ignore the instructions from EVRI and package up the item yourself.

Always check the receipt! Every time I?ve been they?ve added 50p-£2 on the transaction and remove it when questioned! Also have a rat problem

the owner is very rude, he mistreated the clients and if you go to collect the parcel it treats you like you asking for money. He does not have customer service manner. Once, I went to collect a parcel during my work time and he did not let me it closed the door without explain me and he told me to come back in 10 minutes. Horrible!

I want to advise people who top up oyster cards here to check that it has indeed been topped up correctly.Unfortunately an though I paid via card for two weekly cards they took the money but failed to credit the oyster card and then they denied it?s there mistake.What?s this world coming to

Says open at 7am, wasn't open at 8am when I wanted to drop off a package. Seems to be a common theme. Won't bother wasting time again.

They do not offer a packageless parcel service as stated on Amazon or Hermes. Avoid unless you want to pay for your own packaging materials in store !

Very rude and unhelpful. UPS said, I should not close the parcel, because the shop needs to put a form in. So I asked him, if he has a small piece of tape for me to close the parcel. Answer: "We're not a packaging service".

I?m not sure why they have opted into Hermes parcel service.The staff absolutely hate that you?re there to send or return a parcel.Any desire to buy something from the store vanished immediately.Extremely rude, unhelpful and disrespectful.
