I only went in here once, it was to collect a parcel as this is a click and collect newsagent,I don't know why but it the extra power they have as to whether or not you can have your parcel goes to their head, I never got my parcel and the staff member was unhelpful, rude and acted as though I was really not welcome, if you don't want to offer the service then don't do it, quite simple really, never again
