Friendly and welcoming staff. Modern decor. Lovely and cool inside. Reasonable priced. Chatty stylists who put you at ease and make it an enjoyable experience. The only tiny negative was stylist not washing their hands before each customer, however when I requested they did so, she did wash her hands without causing any atmosphere.

Absolutely awful haircut! Supposed to be a straight blunt cut at the back with a few front layers. Completely uneven at the back with 2 different levels. Layers at the front with a middle parting don?t match so one side is longer than the other. Awful attitude (woman with European accent). Told me one price and charged another. A total waste of money as I?ve had to pay for another haircut! Avoid at all costs!

Last Wednesday in this salon, I requested a special hairstyle from the hairdresser. However, the result was completely different from what I wanted. Not only did the stylist cut my hair in a way I didn't want, but she cut my bangs so wrongly that I was shocked and in tears. It's unacceptable that they charged me 30 pounds despite ruining my hair. It is shameful. If you value your hair, I strongly advise against this salon.

I went in for a haircut and hair straightening + neat waves (my hair is frizzy and rebellious). The team, led by a young man, did a wonderful job and the hairstyle lasted for the next couple of day of my marriage. It was such great value for money and good customer service.

I've been a long time customer in this hair salon, the owner and all the staff are super friendly and polite, there is great atmosphere and they're all very skilled professional individuals, they have great communication skills and have established great personal relationships with their clients? and no matter what style of hair you fancy you can be rest assured you will be happy with your new hair style... There are over a dozens of other hairdressing salons in new Malden and I have tried most of them, but new hair salon is my favourite and number one choice and I highly recommend it to all my friends and family... A Big thank you to the owner and all the lovely staff in there for taking care of me every time I visit you.

Absolutely delighted with my experience at this hair salon. The service was impeccable, the staff were attentive, and the atmosphere was inviting. My stylist listened to my needs and executed the perfect haircut. I left feeling refreshed and confident. Highly recommend!

I normally give feedback directly, without making it public. But when I ask for something and they do the opposite, then there is no point. I said I wanted her to cut less than 2 centimeters of the existing length. I come home and at least 5 cm are missing. I had even explained to her why: my hair hasn't been growing in the last 10 years. Now nobody is going to give it back to me. Every other hairdresser followed my instruction. She didn't.

The lady who cut my hair was not very good. She's also the manager of this place.i had to come back the 2nd time so she could sort out my hair. It still wasn't even. I had to go somewhere else to sort out my hair properly. I paid another £40. I was not happy.

It?s Toni and guy now. Charged me £130 for a cut and colour. Colour was barely noticeable and the cut is not at all what I wanted. I wanted my original layers just cut and enhanced.
