Absolutely awful haircut! Supposed to be a straight blunt cut at the back with a few front layers. Completely uneven at the back with 2 different levels. Layers at the front with a middle parting don’t match so one side is longer than the other. Awful attitude (woman with European accent). Told me one price and charged... read full comment
