Awful service. After football every Friday, I have to take my son to nandos and this particular one has awful service compared to their kingston branch. I've actually never seen a manager on the floor. When I speak to the manager, she's being defensive instead of taking the feedback and apologising for such terrible service.
Just 2 chips and a mac n cheese for kid took almost 30 minutes. Terrible service.

Make sure the chicken is fresh and also not grilled too much, as some people don't like that.

The staff was unbelievably rude to me.
I don't know her name, but I wish I did so I could inform the manager and help them understand their staff better.
I ordered the fully loaded chips, which I always order, but this time, the portion was half the usual size.
I was shocked. I spoke to the waitress and told her that this is not how it's supposed to be, even showing her pictures I took during my previous visits.
She just looked at me and said there was nothing she could do, then left.
So rude! I love Nando's, but this branch? A total waste of money and time.

Many years ago, I experienced food poisoning. It wasn't pleasant... However, now that I returned, I noticed the menu has been improved, classic food choices and some new additions. My food was nicely prepared and cooked. I enjoyed it. It was a positive experience

Went to try it and waited over 45 minutes just to get my food. It was not even a rush hour. When I received my burger the chicken was cold and my peri fries had little to none peri sauce

They don't send full orders. I paid extra for a Portuguese salad and they didn't send it. Utterly useless

Nando's is a consistently great and recognizable experience wherever you go.
The grill at this particular place was a burnt offering. Otherwise, the experience of sharing a meal with my mum excused this minor anomaly .
The music selection is proudly South African, and I found myself bobbing my head just to let my Brit hosts know this is home away from home

My chicken wings was raw, it was the last one on my plate, I was telling the manager how i feel he wasn?t really taking it seriously and I asked for a refund and due the fact I ate most it he said we can only offer a partial refund as we ate most it. On top of that the table next to us also had a raw piece of chicken, which should really ring alarm bells. Never coming to this Nando?s again I go Nando?s all the time everywhere never had a problem.

Absolutely abysmal experience. After waiting 40 mins for a collection, not only did they forget my food was in fact ready within 20 mins but they didn?t even get the correct order. Now we?ve tried to call them to complain and ask for the missing food, we?ve since been waiting for half an hour and the food is cold. I would not recommend at all.
