Absolutely appalling service cold chips sent back for the assistant manager to feel chips taste one moaning to his staff they were not cold . Even better cooked another portion and stuck his fingers in before sending over new ones he had put his fingers in !!!!!! Again I sent back this is unacceptable behaviour especially from a manager . He needs retraining on attitude & Heath hygiene. He obviously did not realise he was in full view of restaurant

I was extremely disappointed with my recent visit. Upon receiving my drink, I discovered what appeared to be a bogey on the side of my Coke. This is absolutely unacceptable and raises serious concerns about hygiene standards. I expected better from a globally recognized brand.

We ordered delivery on 3 ocassions from them. Large fries were the size of small. On 3 diffrent days, diffrent deliveries and on each order all ordered froes were the same. They are dishonest with providing the food, but the worst is that rhe management comoletly ignored my complain where I showed them photos of the portions. They said they don't care!! What kind of service is it?

Ok if you go in although the drivers and online orders take priority over anyone else. Online orders are always wrong or missing something and you will wait ages Inside for food. Drivers are swarming the location and taking up parking spaces around the restaurant.
