Huge store for all the essentials! The variety of products is amazing. I wish if the store is open till 8pm.

Why did you do that to this store? The store looks like a bargain store. Aisles and everything became something else in the last a few months. It was one my favourite place. Now I prefer shopping online because I don?t like strolling in that store. I visited today and felt the same. I don?t think I will visit it again.

Great service. Unable to find the home section we asked a team member on the first floor and to our surprise she offered to take us. She walked us back down stairs to the home area (we didn?t catch her name but brilliant, about 20 dark blond hair in a pony tail). The store was immaculately clean and we presented. Wr were there for an item we saw online and have never been to Matalan before - wow, on service, today they put the premium retailers to shame. Well done!

Variety there is great -from clothes to home stuff etc. There's also a changing room so you can try your clothes on. Reasonably priced.
