Lidl is Lidl, good bargains etc. however, New Malden store lacks friendly staff and the space between the shelves is shockingly poor, I have experienced Lidl from Gosforth to Hove and believe me this one is poor.

I don't often go there, but found what I wanted with ease. Very good produce and price, good selection of cold meats and cheeses. Good selection of wines across the price range. Much easier to park with the recent store improvements.

I have been coming to this lidil for years as it is my local branch and I have recently been extremely disappointed as I have been overcharged multiple times on my purchases recently and I think it is very ridiculous, (BE SURE TO CHECK YOUR RECEIPTS BEFORE YOU LEAVE)

Came to this store to return a faulty hoover which was still under 1 year retail warranty This store manager was extremely rude and unprofessional by name (SAMAN ) he refused to do exchange or help told me Lidl only covers 3 months from date of purchase which is stupidly wrong. I have received an email that 1 year with Lidl retailer and 2 years with manufacture. He?s behaviour was extremely rude toward me also he owns the Lidl. Talks very rudely with attitude. Never going to this Lidl again. But definitely going once again to returning.

The store has a decent bakery section with a good variety of fresh items, which is definitely a highlight. However, the tools section is a bit of a letdown, as it doesn?t quite match the quality and range found in other branches. There?s plenty of parking available right next to the shop, but it?s not free
