I am sat in the car park at the Shannon Corner branch, having just collected doughnuts for a charity event at school - what cracking staff they have here - punctual, professional, friendly and polite
It goes without saying that the grub is top notch too !!!!

Always welcomed with a smile. Service is speedy. Can get busy at weekends with lots of families with parents that can?t control their kids.

Service was really disappointed. Seems like a guy was quite good at customer service however, one of girl was so rude to us even though we did nothing wrong to her. Besides, She didn?t served FREE ?hot original glazed doughnut? either even though they were Red Lights ON. Funny thing was she served the other customers but not us. Isn?t it weird and unfair happened? We like Krispy Kreme Doughnuts but NOT HER!! She needs to a customer service training from the basic.
We are local customer? which is what a shame. Please let her know and do something for improve the service.

Damn expensive! The doughnuts are nice, but they're smaller than they used to be, or my hands have grown lol. It's not worth the money imo.

Whenever I want Krispy Kreme?s even though this place is further out my way, I always come here. Always full availability and there is also a drive thru. There was a random deal for a dozen box for £12 which was most welcome!
If they?re freshly made they are already warm which is just the icing on the cake!

The staff were lovely but there was a gathering of bikers standing outside keeping the automatic doors open so the noise from the revving engines came through. Not the place for a coffee break!

Not a single custard or vanilla crème filled donut in the whole store! Same variety as a supermarket Krispy Kreme display which makes this pointless. Just go to your nearest Sainsbury?s.

Great place for a coffee and my fav snack. Would better if they have more toilets, toilet queue is long.
