I have very thick unruly hair which can be a challenge for a hairdresser. Suzie is always very positive and skilful at bringing order to potential chaos. She is a friend who rejoices or commiserates as appropriate. Her service and that of the rest of the staff is exemplary

Booked online for a Saturday to have a balayage full head, two week prior with the person i wanted. They took my CREDIT CARD details to secure the booking and I signed a no skin test needed box. I confirm my appointment via a text and call the new Malden branch to confirm I am coming an hour before, only shockingly to be told I no longer have an appointment because I need to pay £50 to secure one (apparently I was told this when visiting them 5mnths ago for my skin test) I explain my credit card was taken upon booking I assume for that very reason ? Apparently not!!! The girl tells me that she doesn?t have the time to do the full head balayage service I booked in for anyway which is why they tried calling me the day before from a 0345 number (I never pick up as I get marketing calls from those). I have an event the next day and I am extremely annoyed about the fact that their online system has NOTHING to do with their policy! She offers me a blow dry instead!!! Seriously? Don?t have an online booking system if you are not going to honour it!!!! Just wasting people?s time. Horrible service before I have even stepped trough the door!

I wouldn' t give a single star if I could. Booked my hair colour 1,5 month in advance and when I came for my appointment, was told that because I haven't been to the salon for 6 months, they can't do my hair colour! I took my day off of work and it's my birthday. Completely ruined day. Extremally upseting and not caring staff!

I had a full head of balayage done by Ellie - I am beyond pleased with the result and cannot thank Ellie enough for giving my hair a new lease of life!Ellie is very knowledgeable and clearly walked me through the process, explaining things throughout so I was never left feeling anxious or unsure.The salon itself was wonderful, the entire team were so lovely.
