Came today for my bike assessment at 3:30 and there was one person covering the whole bike section. The queue was getting bigger and bigger - there should really be more members of staff if people have appointments. The chap then started saying ?you?ll need a load of parts? and started fitting items without telling me the costs - so when I questioned it, he was cross when the whole point of the assessment is to advise what needs to be done. When I asked if I could call someone to check in with my husband as the costs seemed astronomical, he then started serving someone else which took a further 20 minutes. Whole thing was rushed, embarrassing, and I?m really disappointed with the way it was handled.

Thank you to John this morning at New Malden store who fitted my rear wiper blade to my Toyota. There were several versions available and he very carefully went through them all and got the most perfect one that actually gave me an extra 4 inches of blade diameter - which cleared the screen a lot better. This is a professional service well done.

Went there for aircon and honestly speaking the technician spent only a min or half. It seemed that he wasn?t interested in the job at all.
Wasted my time and fuel.

Visited here to repair a very old and partly damaged bicycle. The bike shop is upstairs, there is a small lift but I ended up carrying mine up the stairs. You have to book a free check before they'll repair your bike, but sometimes they can do the repair straight away, or you might have to come back. Staff were great and worked on my bike quickly and professionally, and helped me work out a cost-effective repair. Tip: get to your appointment on time or early - if they're busy and you come late you might get told to book another one!
