I visited this morning, Sunday at 9am. There were no other customers, and it was a quiet time, yet I still had to wait a long time. The only staff member working was extremely rude and made sarcastic remarks when I paid. Despite the place being empty, the service was very slow.
I have lived in New Malden for a long time and often visit this place, but this was the first time I felt truly disappointed.

A very helpful Greggs supervisor called Ru who especially who went out her way and baked 2 festive bakes especially for me. I was wanting to use my free bakes on greggs app but when I went to Wallington greggs last week to use it to try to get 2 festive bakes .They had unfortunately sold out so I thought i would try when I was passing New Malden store I thought I would pop in to try and get my free festive bake with my greggs app and I wanted 2 and she was very helpful and friendly and went out her way to sell me the 2 festive bakes and sausage roll for my family. I would highly use that store again well done Ru?

Fabulous greggs. Excellent ? staff. Nice steady system. Food is obviously delicious ?. Prices are reasonable. Good location at top of the high street near post office. Very popular, so be prepared to Q. But not for too long. Its worth the wait. ???? ? ??????? ?
