I found there was a wide variety of items and we were allowed to take our time making a choice. Staff were courteous and friendly plus there was a lovely hospitality bar. The furniture is very good quality and can be tailored to your taste. The prices are very good. I am anxiously awaiting my delivery which is a standard wait time in most furniture stores that make furniture to order. Thanks to Emil for his guidance and patience. A very well spent and productive day.

Emil Williams, you are a first class sales man & a gentleman sir.Firstly you treated my mum with the up most respect, always addressing her & treating her as special as we know in our family, she is.You were engaging, interested & you listened intently as my mum explained herself.We couldn?t sing your praises high enough as we were walking out the doors of Furniture Village, New Malden.Thank you so much Emil, from our family to you, for treating our ?Queen? with so much respect & care. The Sales Consultant, Joel Morris, was very helpful and friendly. We did not feel pressurised to make a purchase and he left us alone to make our decision. He even offered us coffee. A good experience all round.

Emil was a superb help when we chose our furniture for our new home. He made the whole process really enjoyable and went above and beyond to ensure we were making the right decisions. Emil was very knowledgeable about the products, and gave input into how the items would look in our new homes' colour scheme. Would definitely recommend visiting this store, and asking for Emil to help. He also gave us all the freshly made cookies we wanted! Thank you Emil!

This is our first visit in Furniture Village New Malden branch. It was a pleasant experience with Irshad Khan?s warm and professional service, and the store manager David was really helpful for the offer we made in here.We purchased one double soft bed , four seats sofa and three large wardrobes. We?re looking for to receiving these furnitures as arranged soon.Nice atmosphere in this store and staff are really kind and helpful. Kids friendly place is a big plus.

Received a good reception and offered coffee. We are looking at replacing a bed. Bed department well laid out and was in the process of having new beds in the showroom. The salesman Joel was very helpful, polite and gave us plenty of time plus demonstrated great knowledge. We will certainly being back. Another plus point is the parking availability which makes shopping more relaxing.

Absolute disgrace of a place. Bought a TV stand last November, they finally delivered it this summer. It was arranged to be built for us. And it still hasn't. And they won't offer a refund because it's been "delivered". Even though it's just been sitting there for weeks in our house unopened, because they haven't sent anyone over to put it together.P.s please come put together the furniture you sold us.

We had such a great experience purchasing our sofa set and dining table at this store. Matthew went above and beyond to assist us so that we were able to find a product we were really happy with! He looked after us in store and gave us expert advice which catered to what we needed/ wanted. Matthew?s team were also very courteous and helpful. A great experience, Emil was really helpful and thorough. No hard sell, didn?t feel pressured or rushed. He was great at explaining what we needed in a mattress for a good nights sleep. Nothing was too much trouble! Would definitely buy from furniture village in the future ?

Myself , daughter in law and two grandchildren were in the store yesterday and bought new sofas with the help from the sales consultant Johnny berry. Johnny came over to us smiling asking if we needed any help. He was very polite and welcoming making us feel very comfortable and relaxed especially with my two grandchildren moving around the store. He got us hot chocolate and cookies before we started going through all of my order details. He explained everything in full detail. Showing us colour swatches underneath the lights in the store than in daylight. Also explaining how the reclining sofa works, how to put it on child lock. Etc. How I wish all sales consultants were like this... You do a wonderful job Johnny... Hopefully one day you will be manager in your own store. So deserved.
