Brilliant! We tried this shop because of its good reviews and found that it thoroughly deserved them. Normally as someone in their 70s I find I get patronised by the young people in the mobile phone shops but this lady went to a great deal of trouble to explain things I have never understood. She understood exactly what type of phone we wanted and recommended one which fitted it the bill then explained how it worked. Great service like this is very hard to find.

What can I say about Fonehouse,My family have been coming here for years to get help for there phone's. Fonehouse it's about the customer and what there needs are and what is the wright phone for that person. I find Fonehouse to be the best place to go for what I need and I would give more stars if I could.

Excellent service, kind, knowledgeable experienced lady, helped me out with my daughter's phone. Their price on phone covers screen protectors are amaizing, cheap and of very good quality. I m so glad to have found such a shop near me. I would definitely recommend it.

Fonehouse repaired one of the lenses on my phone camera. Humera was very helpful and the repair only took a day, and was cheaper than I thought it might be.

My old phone had passed ?its sell by date?. I needed a new phone urgently!I went to Fonehouse on New Malden High Street. I met Humerh. I simply can not thank her enough. She suggested a replacement phone (Samsung A13) - this was not the most expensive phone but was perfect for what I needed. Humerh then made sure that everything on the old phone was transferred across to the new phone. I thought she was fabulous - honest, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. Fonehouse were great and Humerh was brilliant. Thank you

Do you want to buy a mobile from a store that is more like a spaceship? Where all the staff are under 30 and about as helpful as the Man in the Moon? if so, Fonehouse New Malden is definitely not the place for you.Here you will receive a personal, warm and knowledgeable service in a calm and unhurried environment. For techno-buffoons (such as me), the biggest plus is the continuity of contact (there are only two people running the shop) and the consequent willingness to answer all questions, however many times you pop in.
