Fara is fast becoming my favourite charity shop to visit and this branch is no exception. The USP here is that they record when items are put on the shop floor and if it's not sold within a certain time frame the price is reduced. This means stock is constantly rotated and items can be purchased at a good price. They also don't appear to be pricing things at full eBay prices. Something most other charities don't do and it's to their detriment as staff don't know how to use eBay and often price based on listed prices rather than sold prices. Using eBay as a source to price is perfectly fine but charging the same or more than eBay will not get people returning to your shop. The other thing to note here is the staff are great. Friendly and helpful. It's clear the manager here knows their stuff and it's reflected in the staff.
