We were after a new king size mattress so we popped into Dreams New Malden who happened to be having a sale. We were approached by a sales lady who showed us the Sleep match bed which, after puffing up the mattress a few times suggested a number of suitable mattresses for us. We then tried the suggestions until we found one that felt best. Really happy so far.

Left in peace to browse at our leisure so no sales pressure. After our decision made, seated comfortably and offered refreshment. Paperwork politely dealt with. Hoping delivery is good.

Popped into Dreams last week to buy a new Super King Mattress. All the staff were very helpful. Eddie was very informative, straight to the point and not at all pushy.
Can't fault the in store experience.

John and his team at the New Malden store were so welcoming. I loved John's no-nonsense and non-pushy approach with facts and his support with finding the right bed. He had the right balance of helping us but giving us the space we needed as well - he was also very funny which helped us and our kids relax on such a hot day! Best customer service I've had in a long time, thanks guys - you clearly know your stuff!
