I ordered some pizzas from this Domino?s branch and they took more than two hours to be delivered! I called to try and find out what was happening and the staff were rude and wouldn?t let me cancel my order. Shamefully poor service.

We have ordered a pizza today on date 24/01/2025 arounf 7:15 pm and there is a hair in the pizza. After eating 4 slice we have seen the hair and now its awkward about hygeine.
Very very bad experiance. We have sent a feedback but yet no one reply from Dominos App.

Ordered a half & half Pepperoni with The Cheeseburger. It was missing cheeseburger sauce (which makes the pizza).. Domino's sent me a whole new pizza straight away.Thank you for your customer service

I ordered dominoes for delivery and did not receive the big sauce I paid extra for. When I called up to point this out the person on the phone said next time I ordered they will give me the sauce which is not really helpful. They said they will transfer me to manger so this could be sorted out and the person then just hung up the phone.Very unhelpful customer service.

My experience at Domino's at New malden was most of the time worst because of one man was there,who was very rude with customers and with us as well. His name is Sam. Everytime he is very rude. To serve customer you should greet them with a smiling face but He never do that. If customer didn't understood whatever you are saying,you should explain again. That's your job. But he always get angry whenever we asked anything for 2nd time. He is always rude. But..today one girl Berreina was very nice and kind to us. She was supportive. There's one boy who is doing cleaning ,he was very nice in that. His name is Vinu. He was very good in his all work.,making pizza ,serving people with a smile. Nice man Vinu. And that girl.So,overall domino's should only keep those employees who are good with customers. Food was nice.Thank You.Vegetarian options: Good veg pizza

Waited 15mins for a pizza that they got wrong so had to wait another 20 for them to remake it, but we did get the one they messed up for free so all in all totally worth

Worst customer service. Ordered pizza, waited for an hour and when I rang they said my order was never processed! Very poor customer service and I am still awaiting the refund.
