I was promised 10% off after purchasing a laptop at the Colliers Wood store, but the laptop was ?lost.? I decided get another laptop and was then told to go to the New Malden store where it was in stock and would be honoured, but it wasn?t. After that, I tried to trade in my old laptop for the £50 offer, only to be told the system was down and it couldn?t be processed. Overall, it was a terrible experience - 2 hrs Lwasted, with none of the promised offers honoured.

I recently went to Currys New Malden because I needed some office electronics & was met by a gentleman named Nathan K . Nathan?s customer service is above & beyond expectation . He took the time to explain things in a user friendly way with good knowledge genuine smile & a bounty of knowledge . Thank for your time & patience whilst I processed the info you helped me with which guided me to the most appropriate purchase which in addition I was invited to come back if I had any difficulties .

Went to get two new appliances - couldn?t get any interest from staff to sell me something - one suggested I join a long queue for ?collections? but I suspected I would be wasting my time - no one at the tills. Only went as there was some glitch with the on line store and they advised me to go to physical store. Went elsewhere.

We called and called the store to see if an item we had paid for ordered was still there (as it had been a few weeks) noone answered so I drove there to find about 6 staff members literally staring into space so not sure why they couldn't answer the phone but apart from that whoever served me was very nice, friendly and helpful so thank you!

I recently visited Currys UK and had a very disappointing shopping experience. I purchased a power bank and a pair of earbuds, but unfortunately, the customer service left much to be desired. Despite informing several staff members, nobody seemed willing to assist me. It wasn't even a busy time; there were three staff members gathered near a computer, yet none of them came over to help, even after being directed to do so by another colleague. I was redirected to another section, only to find myself walking around aimlessly, trying to locate the earbuds.
When I finally found them, I was left waiting again for assistance. Sahana (or along those lines), the staff member who eventually helped me, seemed to have a limited understanding of the products and didn?t come across as very approachable or friendly. It was also frustrating to note that unlike many other stores, this location didn't offer real-time testing of the earbuds, which felt like a missed opportunity to enhance the customer experience.
Overall, this was my first and will definitely be my last time shopping at Currys. The lack of support, poor product knowledge, and lack of in-store testing really made for a negative experience

Currys used to be filled with very nice staff. These days the staff members have no clue what to say. They're always hiding away everytime a customer approaches them. They need to sack most of them and get people with customer service experience. Honestly I was treated horribly today never again am I going to that store.

Terrible customer service. I took my laptop to the repair centre to get it fixed. When it eventually came back they fixed something I did not ask for, but didn't fix the area I asked for. Instead of acknowledging their fault they chose to blame me for the confusion and refused me a refund, so I ended up with an unfixed laptop and paid for something new that wasn't needed. Not to mention it took them 2 months and there was no updates or communications throughout, I had to keep calling to enquire. Honestly better off with a local computer shop, service certainly better and less chance for them to rip you off if in there person. Currys managed to do all the opposite of a good customer service - late, lack of communications and details provided, incorrect service provided, and then to blame the customer to so they can rip me off. Very dissatisfied customer.

Just left the New Malden store ? terrible service. Came with a note from the Kensington store explaining how to fix my voucher issue, and they refused to help, telling me to go back to Kensington instead. Currys always disappoints ? awful store.
