Popped into Card Factory to buy a helium birthday balloon and had a great experience. Staff were friendly and helpful, and the balloon looked perfect. Quick service and good value ? would definitely return for party supplies!

Visited and they are busy in the run up to Christmas but the staff still had time to assist with queries.
They have a good selection of cards plus little gifts.
The staff are always very friendly too!
In fact I popped in twice in one day and there were different staff members behind the till and yes they were friendly too.

Terrible service! The old woman at the till just ignored the customers and was more interested in what was on her phone. Just stood there waiting while she just scrolled. And especially on a busy Saturday morning. Should have just gone online! I am all for supporting local businesses-but not when they don't even seem to care! 0 stars if it had been possible tbh.
