Popped into Card Factory to buy a helium birthday balloon and had a great experience. Staff were friendly and helpful, and the balloon looked perfect. Quick service and good value — would definitely return for party supplies!

Visited and they are busy in the run up to Christmas but the staff still had time to assist with queries. They have a good selection of cards plus little gifts. Terrible service! The old woman at the till just ignored the customers and was more interested in what was on her phone. Just stood there waiting while she just scrolled.
