Chaotic. Boots website tells me the item is in stock at this store. But the shelf is empty. I ask a member of staff and they go looking for the item in the stockroom, then in seemingly random drawers around the till. The store seems very disorganised. I won?t be going back there.
EDIT: wish they put as much effort into the store as they do at responding to all the poor Google reviews!

The worst experience ever- went to see the pharmacist for my 6yo daughter as I was told to pick her up from school as she was unwell with bad headaches, blocked up nose, felling sick and not being able to focus at school. I asked the staff to see the pharmacist but I was told that he was BUSY and will pass the message to him even though I told the staff that I want to see him in person because I need a consultation. She went to speak to him and she came back saying that I need to go to A&E. I didn't even see the pharmacist at all they advised me without even giving me a consultation. I used to get my medication from there but I will not be visiting that store anymore at all. I will advise everyone I know to go to a different store as we dint go the just because we are bored at home but to seek help. Everyone Avoid that place?..

The worst pharmacy in Greater London - avoid at all costs.
Staff are rude, have no customer service and questioned why I had been prescribed my mediation from my GP, quite openly with zero discretion, leaving me feeling embarrassed and exposed. Just awful.
Go anywhere else.

They refused to talk to me about my GP?s prescription without giving any reason, just refused. I?ve been treated so poorly by the staff here. When I desperately tried to contact them for my medication, in a very demonstrative manner, they hung up on me and then stopped answering until they picked up again to just hang up on me whilst I?m trying to explain the reason for my call.
My family members, myself and even another Boots pharmacist from a different location who actually saw the urgency of our need - we all were attempting to call and speak to you urgently for my medication on a call that would have taken 30 seconds of your time.
As I had friends in the area (NM) at the time, they could clearly see that we are being ignored on purpose by the staff.
The other time I had to deal with this pharmacy was when trying to book an appointment for which I was charged and which was subsequently cancelled twice with no reason given and no refund. Felt like an absolute scam.
Overall, terrible and really sad to see such treatment of people who simply want to take their prescribed medications.
Wishing to avoid ever dealing with this establishment again.

Today, I visited this place and experienced extremely rude behavior from an employee who appeared to be the manager. I approached a Korean staff member with my inquiry, and she was helping me when the manager publicly criticized and belittled her in front of many people. She was simply trying to kindly assist a Korean customer who was not fluent in English. However, the manager continued to express anger and berate both the staff member and me, saying that we were causing other people to wait.

was having the badly situation in the boots, new Moulden High Street. My doctor was ordered the medication for me and just I want to pick up them and to pay as well because I don?t have any benefits at all. The lady was been very rude with me and I don?t get solution about that and what is the worst she called the police because she been off she say like that Because because she?s not very good in her job and what she do she was crying because I told her already I have 40 minutes waiting for you. I have my son with fever and she doesn?t care about that. What happened today was miserable and what is the bad things it is 1 old ladies, ask her for the test Corona And she doesn?t have her head to say to her worries but just put the hand behind and the old lady was staying there for five minutes because she doesn?t understand at all and I say you can look you?re not just with me but you rude with everyone and that time she called the police and she said for me, I was naughty I don?t know but 00000000 for the service there. this situation happen every day please take a responsibility like owner of the shop or anything big because you?re gonna throw your business everywhere by employed.

This is the worst Pharmacy that i have come across. I came to collect a prescription that i had ordered from my GP three days ago and was told it was not ready.The prescription only came Yesterday??? So you have had over a day to dispense it and now you want me to come at the end of the day to collect it. I took the prescription to Hermans Pharmacy and it was done within 10 minutes.

Left waiting 30 minutes in a queue of people waiting for flu jabs - people were being put in front of me and I complained that I couldn't wait all day for my prescription and they told me to take my prescription elsewhere!I will not be using this service again- they treated me like a 2nd class citizen.Lots of independent pharmacies where I have had much better experience and even had covid and flu jabs without an appointment ?

I moved to this pharmacy as the previous pharmacy that I used in the High Street didn?t want to issue the antibiotics that my optician had prescribed for an eye infection. Anyway, I thought I might get better service from a well known, national chain. However, customer service is really bad. Either the member of staff doesn?t have a clue and can?t help or they are very unfriendly and patronising. At times, I had to send other family members to pick up prescriptions and they said the same. Queues tend to form very quickly as they don?t deal efficiently with customers. They never have my prescription ready to go although I leave enough time between ordering and picking up. I?ve been thinking about using the pharmacy beside my GP which is further away but, frankly, I cannot be the only one who is dissatisfied by how things are run and this Boots team should be made to improve their service for our community.

The pharmacy side is always undermanned and not managed professionally, they seem to always lag behind and are out of prescribed medication.Calling them is completely waste of time as they never answer the calls... I feel they may let down someone with severe medical conditions who's in urgent need of medication !
