Phil at Your Move was recommended to me. From his first visit to see the property, I knew that he was the right person for the job. We?ve now bought and sold through Your Move Estate Agents and had a great experience both times. We originally bought our flat through them a few years ago, and when it came time to sell and buy somewhere bigger, we went straight back. They ended up being the agent selling the house we bought too, which made the whole process way smoother.
Phil and his team were amazing, from start to finish, everything moved professionally and quickly from their side. Communication was clear and consistent, the photos and listing of our flat looked great and went up really fast, and any questions we had were answered straight away. It felt like they genuinely cared about getting the best outcome for us on both sides of the move.
Would definitely recommend them if you?re selling, buying, or doing both at once like we were.

I would like to give my highest recommendation to Phil? Cantell, my estate agent from Your Move. He has been so helpful and kind throughout the whole process of selling my property. I only listed my house with Your Move, and within just 2 weeks I received an offer and the sale went through.
Phil explained everything to me very clearly and always answered my questions with patience and care. He followed up on every request with my solicitor and supported me right up until the last day. When there were delays with the money being transferred to my account, he even chased my solicitors on my behalf. Without his help, I could have been left homeless, as I had to leave my house by 1 pm but had no money to travel or stay anywhere.
I cannot read, and my English is not very strong. I trusted Phil completely to handle all the documents, communication with the buyer, and coordination with the solicitors. He went the extra mile for me in every way, and I will always be grateful for his kindness, care, and professionalism.
I highly recommend Phil and Your Move to anyone who needs an estate agent who truly cares about his clients.

Really bad experience with the lettings team. Poor communication & organisation and a complete disregard for the costs and inconvenience incurred due to their lack of competence. Would avoid at all costs!

After nearly two years of searching for the right property with no luck, I finally came across Your Move New Cross, and what a difference they made!

I was recommended Phil Cantell at Your Move New Cross for the sale of my house in Ladywell. I had used local estate agents previously but never managed to complete on the sales. The house went on the market in October 24 and sold in January 25. If you want to sell and can take constructive criticism around how to present your property then Phil is definitely the man for the job.
