I can see many before me mentioned Laura in their positive reviews and experiences, I?m going to join them today. She?s truly a brilliant sales person. Having just bought our first home, my partner and I have been visiting a lot of stores for different reasons in recent weeks. I would say, even though you?re confident with quality of goods/products, you end up losing interest if you don?t find the right sales person. Laura was amazing, took all the time to explain every single detail, really so patient with me and my many questions, and such fun! She could sell sand at the beach, she?s that good. We felt well looked after, nothing was too much for her. Very experienced and knowledgeable. She deserves recognition, well done!

From the moment I walked into Dreams, I was greeted by Casey ? and honestly, she made the entire experience outstanding. Casey was friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely took the time to understand exactly what I needed. She wasn?t pushy at all; instead, she guided me through the different options with patience and expertise, helping me find the perfect bed and mattress.
What stood out most was how much she cared about getting it right for me ? from comfort to budget, she really went above and beyond. It felt more like talking to a friend who wanted the best for me rather than just a sales interaction.
The quality of the beds at Dreams speaks for itself, but it was Casey who made the experience so smooth and enjoyable. Thanks to her, I left feeling confident and excited about my purchase.
If you?re thinking of visiting Dreams, I highly recommend asking for Casey ? she?s a star and will make sure you leave with exactly what you?re looking for!

Highly recommended! Laura and Ericka were absolutely amazing. So patient, helpful, knowledgeable and kind. I booked a Sleepmatch appointment (clever computer bed assessment) and they helped me pick the perfect mattress. So very glad I came to Dreams. Massive thank you!

Ericka was amazing, super friendly and helpful, greeted me as soon as I walked in, used a machine to measure what the best fit for a mattress for me would be then gave me a few options that were in and around my price range, she offered me coffee and helped me go through with my purchase - 10/10 would recommend

I was treated so well, my attendant was very good and she helped me to make the best decision.
I love my bed so much. However, the delivery people need to improve with their communication, if they have to call while on their way to do delivery it?s very important to make that phone call.
I ended up not having my bed Assembled still they had forgotten my mattress in their Van so ended up coming back. For my bed I had book for another slot for my bed to be assembled which am waiting now.

As soon as I walk in there was an assistant to great me and ask me if I needed help, his name is Umar and the store is at New Cross Gate. Umar was very helpful he helped me through out my visit and answered all my questions and help me to choose the matress I wanted and even offered me water to me and my husband he was very polite.
