This is NOT about the food ! I live 10 minutes by foot from the place. I ordered a pizza, wings and a some wedges. It took almost 2 hours to arrive ! I called 2 times at the call center and the 1'st LADY that answered had the guts to tell me the driver came, called but nobody answered ! I live at ground floor, I can see the street where they come from.. When the driver finally arrived, he told me it was the 1'st time coming and nobody else try to deliver the order before. Be honest PEOPLE ! Is it so hard ???

Dominios New Cross will always be my go to. They never get my order wrong. The lady manager is amazing. Pizza is always hot and never burnt.

Every Tuesday, my family and I make it a tradition to grab pizza from Domino's, and it never disappoints. The service is quick, so we?re in and out without any hassle, and the staff is always friendly and welcoming. They genuinely seem to care about their customers, which makes our weekly pizza night feel even more special. Domino's has definitely become our go-to spot for an easy and tasty family meal!

I got a pizza and some wings delivered, the wings came with garlic and herb dip instead of the franks red hot sauce. I called the store and the lady was extremely nice and resolved the issue immediately. She sent a driver with the correct sauce. I?m honestly amazed and very happy with the service. More people need to take a leaf out of her book! Thank you!!!

RIDICULOUS! I paid almost seven pounds (£6.49) for the cinnamon chocolate covered dough balls only for them to give me plain basic dough balls with chocolate just chucked on them. I don't know if it's possible for a refund but if it is I would like one please. I waited in that store for 20 minutes and paid almost £7 for pure utter disappointment! I won't be ordering from there again. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Such lovely service and prompt delivery. I always order and would recommend everyone too. Order the wraps for work before a night shift makes it go that much quicker. The female manager is so lovely and welcoming. 5stars across the board

New cross dominos 10/10 100% recommend to any pizza lover I ordered a large meteor it was made to perfection and looks like a piece of art also the store is very clean and sanitized all staff are professional and very polite 5 star I will definitely order again thanks
