As a regular customer at this Costa for many years, I've witnessed the many changes this place has gone through, but one constant has been the amazing service from the staff. It?s the genuine care they show that keeps bringing me back. The warm and welcoming atmosphere they create is perfect for unwinding or catching up with friends.
I especially want to mention Nadiia. Her dedication to ensuring customer satisfaction is always very inspiring. She consistently goes out of her way to make sure everyone feels valued and cared for. Her kindness adds so much to the experience, and she is a great example of what it means to connect with customers in this line of work.
Similarly, Hamid is a fanatastic example of what is means to approach work with efficiency while always keeping the well-being of his customers in mind. He consistently makes the effort to uplift those around him and help to create a space where customers feel valued and appreciated. A big thank you to the team!

I want to share my impressions of the service in the cafe where my favorite barista Nadiia works. Always friendly, with a great sense of humor and unsurpassed professionalism. Every time I come, she surprises me with a new recipe or suggests delicious combinations of drinks that I would not even think of trying. Her coffee is always perfect: aromatic, tasty, with the exact temperature. And it?s also nice to see how she serves each client with such enthusiasm and attention. This is not just a job for her, but a real passion. Thank you for the wonderful mood every day!

Today I come to tha shop one of tha for by coffee but first I use toilet area and employee name Erys (Albania )women she was start screaming is toilet for costumers you don?t by coffee for use I try tell her to come down she come front off toilet door and she tell don?t use
I ask for manager how I set I come to this store every time becouse I work at close tha store (Poundland)She tell me manager is not hire all tha costumers was look at her how she attitude and finally come supervisor and is tell her to come down please take action for her.

Would give zero stars if I could. Staff kicked my husband and two year old out of the store AFTER charging them because they had a dog with them (who didn't make a noise until my family were thrown out like garbage). No offer to finish their drinks, sit outside, or a refund - just took the money then ordered them to leave. If you have children and prefer them not to be treated like scum, don't bring them here.

Vegetarian options: There are veggie Toastie and also vegan
Kid-friendliness: They are so nice with kids even sometimes offer a few marshmallows ?
Wheelchair accessibility: No stairs or steps whatsoever in the store

They don't let you stay with the dog inside, but they let you bring them in so you can order a takeaway coffee (clearly, they don't want lose that sweet revenue!). This infuriates me. Also, £4.25 for a small oat latte (due to oat milk surcharge) ? lol, never again.
No wonder they're in decline, with policies that would've be dated in the 90's.
Go local and pop down to Mughead coffee instead.
