The Toilets are disgusting
Very dirty no toilet paper no soap to wash
It is unacceptable
I hope the managers will see the state of the toilet as the current staff ( Gopica and Sanjit)refused to give me the manager details and then told me that they do not know his e mail address

The guy at the station with the glasses is completely rude and dismissive and quite very racist which is weird considering he is an Asian man himself I?ve had two encounters with him the first one which he treated me like less of a customer by me asking a simple question which was to buy my fuel in advance as I?ve already done this a this specific station with another employee who was very friendly because I have a foreign (french card), which resulted in him being extremely rude and even to the point shouting at me all because I insisted that I usually do this at this station ?
The last incident would be today 14th of October 2024 : I asked if it was possible to have a yodel drop off which resulted in him trying to be sarcastic and smirk at me by saying ?yes what do you think ?? Kind of way and I said okay here is my parcel the guy proceeds to tell me he can?t take it because ?it?s too big? and I should go to another yodel store and proceeded to go to the stockroom without a care in the world , mind you Yodel does not have a size limit? which my parcel was a jacket in bag that doesn?t even weight 2kg
This employee has racist undertones, extremely bad customer service skills and lacks manners and for this I will no longer be returning to this station and telling everyone of colour to not bother going there unless they want to be discriminated against.
Shame on you Shell .

Visit to drop parcel yesterday and it?s now the third time staff member Rathan was very dismissive and refused to accept stating the bag is full. Smirking he said I should come in the morning. Usually visit 4-6pm. Would understand if package dropped were big but mostly they are A4 size grey bags. No other staff member refused to accept packages and they are polite.

Uber Eats service is belive expectation of minimum level. On the app. Not option to choose sunstitude, not answer the phone AND delivery driver dont asked about PIN only called and told that he is outside without using ring bell or knock the the door . Hes only told me two words- nie" Im leaving".His.added that I dont want delivery AND physically I dont received jam, bread, ice cream , 2x chicken cans.I call 20 times to Shell on New Addington and nobody answer .On my Uber Eats app is note that I refused take my order what is not true at all.

Usually very helpful and polite staff. Tonight though a member of staff has decided to lock the door and refused to let me use the toilet. Why I don't know, never had this problem before. I use the shop and the facilities on a regular basis when I'm stuck in new addington on my lunch break.

at times of "less petrol" i tried to call this petrol pump and nobody answered the phone. I cant go out with my car because it has already 0 petrol. Id like to know if they are open again. its a shame. i walk to the petrol pump or go by bus just to find out if it has petrol again. so i dont end up on the street with no petrol and a closed petrolpump.....

Prices change weekly for tobacco, price for a 30g of tobacco depends on who serves you.Last week i paid 12.80, the week before 13.00 this week 13.85.The other garage, (24hr) charges 12.80 EVERYTIME i go there. This garage clearly has no idea of FAIR TRADING.
