The Toilets are disgusting Very dirty no toilet paper no soap to wash It is unacceptable I hope the managers will see the state of the toilet as the current staff ( Gopica and Sanjit)refused to give me the manager details and then told me that they do not know his e mail address

Visit to drop parcel yesterday and it’s now the third time staff member Rathan was very dismissive and refused to accept stating the bag is full. Smirking he said I should come in the morning. Usually visit 4-6pm. Would understand if package dropped were big but mostly they are A4 size grey bags. No other staff member... read full comment
