“This tiny shop is well stocked and has very friendly efficient staff. I got a flu jab on Thursday and returned today (Friday) to have my Covid booster. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. Both injections were completely painless. The pharmacies nearer me in Shirley are bigger, but have fewer staff and harbour a severe atmosphere where everything is too much trouble. I commend the staff at Fieldway and thoroughly recommend the shop for friendly and professional service.”

“I needed blood thinning injections to enable me to fly in a couple of days. I gave my pharmacy on Forestdale my prescription 8 days ago but when I went to collect it on Saturday they just said we have ordered them and they haven’t arrived yet, they offered no help and just gave me my prescription back and told me to find a chemist that might have them. I tried Harris chemist and 2 in Selsdon and they just said no we haven’t got any. Then I rang Dougans chemist and he couldn’t have been more helpful he searched the internet found some and ordered them for me, he took my mobile number and rang me this morning to tell me they had arrived. I picked them up this afternoon, I can’t believe my chemist couldn’t do this.Thank you so much for making the effort for me your customer care is awesome, if I lived in new addington you would see me often.”

On one visit I was asking advice which was personal and the lady helped me gave me great advice on products and did it all really discreetly. Highly recommend!!”
