I?ve been shopping here for a while, and I have to say?the new management has made a huge difference. The store feels more organized, cleaner, and the customer service has really stepped up. Staff are friendly, helpful, and actually seem to care about the shopping experience. The product selection has improved too, with more variety and better-stocked shelves. Keep up the great work!

They need to get rid of the staffs and employ new ones. They look miserable and grumpy.Bad attitude! Always outside having a smoke break. I don?t see the point in having a post office if it?s going to be constantly closed due to short of staff it?s so annoying leaving your house then having to turn back because they telling you no service or they decide to shut the post office side early.
When they changed to Morrisons they should have changed the staff too. Customer service is really bad!

Very toxic shop I don?t go there anymore due to two women behind counter giving filthy looks and spreading false gossip, I?ve already filed a complaint against them both. One of them is a large old woman with half cut glasses and big bags under her eyes and the other has bright red bobbed hair. I?ve noticed they?ve been mentioned before.

I came into this shop a month ago, and there was black guy ahead of me in the line. He was very kind and had good manners but the staff weren't nice to him, but when it was my turn to pay they were so kind to me it was unreal, they were smiling asking me how I was and making jokes but for the black guy before they weren't so kind.We're from New Addington which means we are White Tr4$h, so how do we even get the audacity to be racist or less kind to black people/other races?

Terrible customer service.I ordered few things through Uber, they send me wrong items, when I rang the store to let them know about it, they said they could not have possibly made a mistake and hang up on me twice.Zero professionalism, very rude and incompetent staff.Do not recommend.

They don?t deserve one star! Morrison?s staff are very rude and racist!!! Avoid going there. The only sweet one is the one with red hair. The other ones are racist.

Why are the staff here so rude? especially the one with dark hair, glasses and accent? I saw someone else say the same thing she seems to have something against people that aren't white.Its just crazy, you grow up coming to this shop every week for 15+ years then they hire new staff that just disrespect you for no reason and also the shop is always half empty. You think if I worked at a shop that doesn't have any items i'd be disrespecting customers just for the sake of it. This shop has really gone downhill since the Morrisons takeover.Just to be clear the lady with the glasses isn't the only rude one she's just the rudest the others are rude aswell, the only ones that are nice are the ladies that have been working there for years before it became Morrisons I wish I knew the names of the nice ones so I could publicly thank them. I'm curious about what they hiring process here is like because it seems like they just hire anyone.

Staff member is always very rude. Usually the same woman with glasses, dark hair, with an accent, always has an attitude problem. Next time I will get her name to formally complain. At times its feel discriminatory but I can't make accusations without proof so instead will mention that it feels discriminatory. She always seems to be rolling her eyes, screwing up her face, being rude to certain customers.I get everyone has bad days but if you always have a bad day, don't work with customers... I also am empathetic to the current struggles everyone is going through, but don't make everyone else's day worse because of you own issues. Instead you should try smile, and brighten up someones day. You never know, it might actually help...On a brighter note the rest of the staff are great! Thats the only reason I gave the two stars in all honesty.

The manger in this shop is so god dam rude I really want to know who gave her the role to be a manger I hope they are happy about having a rude person I change of the shop it?s in embarrassing going In there when she work and she doesn?t treat her stuff well either she so rude them when they need help with something I HOPE she get fired very soon !!!
