Could be better not as nice some other icelands

I visit this Iceland often and usually I have nothing to complain about however I have had less than pleasant encounters with one member of staff. I can't think of her name but every time i've spoken to her she gives an air of bitterness and is often very condescending and rude. One particularly nasty encounter happened where my card wouldn't work via contactless or directly in the reader at a self-checkout till. I asked her for assistance and she proceeded to mutter under her breath 'oh what are you doing?' Before snatching my card out of my hand and just mishandling it in the reader, bending and warping it (miraculously it worked on a bus journey home so I don't know why it didn't work, possibly the card reader was faulty?) She was extremely condescending and undermining, treating me like a child, as if it was my fault and it made me uncomfortable and anxious. Her behaviour was completely unnecessary, which baffles me because I hear her being jovial and sociable to other customers, yet when it comes to me and other people I know, she seemingly has a problem with them for no reason.

One of the best places to shop for anything quick, it?s my local store and I love what I can get from that store to feed my family

Was very chaoticSeemed there was a staffing issueThe staff that were on til spent their time moaning about the job which made my experience more unbearable.Queued up for ages, decided to use the self checkout, even the security guard was pitching in and supporting customers on the self service.

Good food at excellent prices.Downside was yesterday no tills open, only self-service with one helper, and a long queue!

It was my first visit to this branch. The store was clean and the shelves were well stocked. Fruits and vegs were fresh. I will definitely be shopping here on a regular basis

Friendly and helpful staff, easy to navigate. I made a point of thanking them. This is something that everyone should do. People are quick to shout out loud when they have complaints, but good service should be shouted just as loud, and praised.

The store itself is very good with helpful staff but if iwas to be picky the entrance is right in front of the market place so it gets crowded.

Really, nothing special. However, it's a great convenience having Iceland in the area. Staff are always very pleasant and helpful, and shelves are well stocked.

Iceland offers the local community most of their food items that they need and not having to travel far. The staff are really nice and friendly.
