Visited for a quick appointment. Karen and Michelle were very friendly and professional, even asked if I'd like a drink. Was seen straight away. Great results. Will definitely visit again, definitely a lovely place to be treated.

i wouldnt even give a one star. the staff are too busy gossiping and doing there own thing. highly un professinal. i waiting 20minutes only to be told that they no longer except groupon deals even tho my appointment was booked and paid for. because i calmly expressed my disappointment all the staff member done was act defenisve and tell me its not worth £4 and that she keeps her real clients waiting. in which there was no one there! she didnt like this a began shouting at me infront of my 2 year old son. as i was leaving she began taking images of my vechile for some strange reason. i found this extremely inappropriate threatening me and my child so went to the shop asking them to delete the image as theres no reason for it. but they refused and carried on shouting at me. i called the police as its not normal for staff to be verbally abusing customers with the infants. good luck to anyone who you dare going inti there door!
