I went to print one post label as my printer suddenly stopped working, they charged me £3.80 for one page include £3.50 service charges simply receiving email to print out. They should have explained service charge before taking order it doesn't make sense.

Absolutely disgusting customer service. My wife went in yesterday to ask regarding a printer cartridge. She was met with looks of outrage and bemusement when she asked which printer cartridge was the correct one. The shop assistant gave her a cartridge and told her it was the correct one. She would not allow her to open the packaging. Upon my wife questioning if she was certain it was the correct one, the shop assistant rolled her eyes. When asked if she wanted a receipt, my wife said yes. After returning home and opening said package, it was clearly the incorrect cartridge. Returning to the shop my wife asked if she could have a refund, only to be told this was not possible as the package was now opened! She was then met with further eye rolls whilst being told it would fit despite it clearly being the wrong size, and she needed to go back home and try it out. Returning home for the second time, unsurprisingly it did not fit. Eventually after having argued her case (that Rymans sold her a cartridge that was not fit for purpose then refused to refund her!) and having been home twice she eventually (and reluctantly) got a refund. This is outrageous!!!!! If she hadn't been prepared to argue with them, they would have fraudulently taken her money for a mis-sold product! Sort out your customer service Rymans, this is a disgrace! I will be complaining.

Never had a problem until today, and 2 out of 3 of the staff on duty today were absolutely fine. But finished up s cancelling a sale and having my money back. because a rude and unhelpful male member of staff refused to put a couple of strips of sellotape on 2 out of 3 large containers I wanted to buy and had to carry home. on foot. Yes, that's all I wanted. It would have helped me stabilise them on a windy day. Bad customer service, and bad attitude. Not worth even a one star rating. I will never go there again.

I went to this branch to drop off my DHL parcel but was refused for "health and safety reasons" as the branch was "too small". This sometimes happens at small private newsagents or corner shops because of the shortage of space but I was quite shocked that a branch manager of a chain like Ryman should do this. Afterwards I went to my usual Golders Green branch (the same size as the Muswell Hill branch). The manager there was so helpful and took my parcel without any problem.
