Unwilling to help me with a technical problem I had paying a bill abroad.Not even attempted to assist me paying online. They should have the experience and professionalism to at least offer. ??

Staff are friendly but I went in twice to consolidate my ISAs (which has to be done in branch). The first time it took ten minutes to even explain what I wanted to do, then they spent another ten minutes faffing around trying to figure out how to do it, by which time I had to leave for school pick up. Second time, I allowed more than half an hour, but was told that only one person in the branch knew how to do it and she was busy with something and I would have to wait for half an hour. Totally unhelpful! The branch staff should be clued up about things you can only do in-branch, not just to help with basic things that you can do yourself online.

Would be nice to be able to go into the branch as over the years I regularly do my banking over the counter. Now you are only open when I am at work.Bring back Saturday opening or longer hours. I am thinking of finding a provider that gives better hours.

Had mixed experience in this branch and now the opening hours have changed to be even more limited, it makes things difficult as I'm at work during these periods.

The branch manager there is so rude!I witnessed her going mad at a customer within the branch. The customer was an elderly lady who couldn?t work out how to use the cash machine, and this young ?lady? made her feel really small, and actually caused her to sob when she left the branch

My mum tried to put money into my bank account and she felt discriminated because when she wore a mask and gloves very carefully, they let the others go through but they did not let her go through. Please deal with this ASAP.

Small branch (2 staff at the counter, plus staff in waiting area). Has everything you need, including a machine for paying in (& withdrawing) cash, & other features. There is free WiFi. Has comfy seats. Has computer & card reader, for logging into your Nationwide account online. Also will let you use phone to call head office. Has an ATM outside too.
