The products are lovely quality, although quite expensive.Unfortunately though even after shopping here for years, the service is so poor. The main woman on the tills is rude and doesn?t understand the offers that they themselves have on ????I had a particularly bad experience last week, and worry that if they don?t sort their staff out, people will just start buying it all online and we?ll lose this lovely shop from the high street!!

Do not have maternity clothes in store. Do not go there if you are wanting maternity clothes.

A Beautiful store with gorgeous products however customer service was terrible on each visit. They don?t even bother making eye contact in case you have a question!!! You could see that the staff have zero interest in customer service and they come across very rude. Shame!

Good size store with variety of products but not very good customer service. Staff are not friendly, you would expect a better approach from salespeople who works in a kids store

Extremely unhelpful staff. They try hard not to be helpful even when it is in their discretion to help you. What a shame as they ruin what could be a lovely shopping experience.

Very beautiful shop,you can find everything for your baby and the material of the clothes is absolutely amazing... This 3 stars are for the ladies at customer service!!!!! I have read a lady downstairs that say how much she has pay and the service at shop make you feel nothing!! This is true ,,I hope next time more warmer people inside the shop !!!

Been twice now in two weeks ( and previous times )?. Each time a black lady has had an attitude? the more I?ve thought about it the more I?ve spoken to local mums that she is always like this ! I spent £60 week before last ? £115 last week with not so much as a please or thank you ! She will not look at you or a knowledge you ? This clearly is an issue as I have read a very similar review further down ? The lady makes you feel like you are nothing and doesn?t need your custom ? Very disappointing experience will never go in there again ?

I ordered online to puck up from shop.Very bad the hours open the shop open early when all the people's in to work and close also very early nobody have time evening to pickup parcels or shopping. Very bad 5 oclock hour.

She had a good knowledge about the products she was selling. She adviced on some of the more popular products. She explained that I can use the website if I wanted to purchase goods that were not available in store. I explained it was a gift. After I had chosen the outfits, she packed and sealed it for me ready to gift. Thank you for your brilliant service.
