The atmosphere was ok, I'm not particularly fond of the younger crowd but it's ok.Their staff is nice and the selection of pastries happen to be really good.Kid-friendliness: The doors are open to all, no discrimination.Wheelchair accessibility: It's on the ground floor so it is very accessible.

In general the service is good. I always get good coffees.However the toilets are always dirty and disgusting. It just feels that those are only cleaned once a day in the mornings and then left at customers mercy. By midday it?s just dare to go in if you dare.The funny thing is that the toilet quality check is updated regularly. I wonder what do they look at?After two months (19/05/2024) I am back again and the situation is exactly the same with the toilets.One more thing that I noticed, is that every time I come here, staff ate always different and you can tell that they are inexperienced.Though coffees are always good.

Told me my voucher wasn?t valid. I had to argue to get them to try and scan it at which point it worked.

Not my favourite Nero. Serving a babycino, (or whatever they call it), at near boiling point marked a particular low point on the most recent visit. Service not as slick as in most Neros that I visit.
